Overview
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days and we can offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Damaged or Missing Items
We try our best to get every order accurate and correct and package each item with care and attention, however mistakes do happen. If any items are damaged or missing from your order please contact us and we will replace or refund, please email shop@shopwithshiva.co.uk.
