Arabic Lump Incense Resin 250g

Now in bigger packs! The Arabic Lump Resin is derived from small, thorny Acacia trees, including Acacia nilotica, Acacia Senegal, and Acacia Seyal, mainly found in North Africa, particularly in Sudan, which accounts for about 60-70% of the world’s production.

During drought periods, the trees’ bark cracks naturally, allowing the sap to seep out and form glassy, hard tears after drying. The resin has a subtle scent and is often blended with herbs to mellow out the intense aroma of incense. It serves as an excellent base resin for creating custom blends.

The smoky fragrance produced by burning resin on charcoal disks is quite unique and amazingly evocative.
